Dr. Kathleen Ann Cabrera

Dr. Kathleen Ann Cabrera, or “Dr. Kat” is an experienced chiropractor with a strong foundation in athletic training and a passion for rehabilitative and preventative care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, and went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Originally from Arizona, Dr. Kat has lived and worked in several states including Iowa, Georgia, Illinois, and Washington. Her diverse background has allowed her to work with a wide range of patients, from children and geriatric populations to competitive, professional athletes.

Dr. Kat’s path into healthcare was heavily influenced by her lifelong involvement in athletics. She played competitive basketball from the age of nine through her college years. Through her own experiences with injuries, and even surgeries, she has developed a deep appreciation for the role of rehabilitation and preventative care. These experiences continue to shape her patient-centered approach, with a focus on helping individuals move better, recover efficiently, and maintain long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kat enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places, and experimenting in the kitchen. Immersive museums have been a recent obsession, but her ultimate obsession is her dog, Harley.
